RSSGoDo Terms & Conditions of Booking Activities
When you make a booking with us the following terms and conditions will apply:
GoDo is a website which provides a booking service for activities provided by unrelated, independent, third party suppliers ("activity suppliers").
Bookings
If you have any queries (changes, rescheduling requests, etc) in relation to the activity you have booked, you must contact the activity supplier direct. Their contact details are provided in an email at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellation
If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to any refund by the activity supplier.
Lack of Availability
We enable you to make bookings from inventory supplied by each activity supplier. We cannot accept any liability if a booked activity session is unavailable. We do not guarantee the availability of any of the activities published on this website.
Bad Weather
Upon booking you will receive the activity supplier's details so you can check if activities are affected by bad weather on the day or ahead of your scheduled booking. Should this not be possible, the activity supplier is not required to offer you a refund. You should consider taking out booking insurance.
Booking Insurance
You may purchase Booking Insurance to cover you in the event that your activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. For full details click here.
Activity Descriptions
It is the activity supplier’s responsibility to provide an accurate description of their activities on this website. Your participation in each activity is conditional upon your acceptance of the activity supplier's terms and conditions.
Copyright
Copyright images and content on the Godo site are protected by copyright and must not be copied, saved or used in any format other than incidental to your permitted use of this site.
Trademarks and logos ("marks") displayed on this website are the property of GoDo and users and prohibited from using any mores without the express consent of GoDo.
Liability
GoDo makes no warranty or representation regarding the activity to be provided by activity suppliers published on the website. GoDo has no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise caused by any activity supplier. GoDo is not liable to you or any other person for any injury, damage or loss however caused in connection with the use of the website or a linked website or occasioned by undertaking an activity booked on the website. Where GoDo's liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the activity purchased.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect a consumer’s statutory rights.

This Website is owned and operated by GoDo Pty Ltd (ABN 29 122 509 139 ) "GoDo". Use of this Website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We receive payments from our activity suppliers for providing this booking service and insurance.
